We are happy to refund you or change your booking however we have a strict 48-hour policy. Please give 2 full days notice of any changes to your bookings. After this time we are unable to refund/reschedule your booking.

No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, or in case of no-show.
No cancellation fee applies for cancellations made 48 or more hours in advance.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early, for a health and safety briefing, Late arrival may result in games being cut short.

Damage to the rooms may result in your game being ended and charges may be incurred for subsequent losses.

Any photos taken by the staff are the property of Great Escape Rooms Galway and may be used on our social media channels.
